It was chaotic up there due to the Noosa Triathlon so I went back to the room and got pencil and paper then zoned out doing this. I was miles from the hubbub but right in the centre of it. This was a good realisation that all you have to do is loosen up. I now use this one as my screen saver to remind me to sketch … whilst I’m not doing or adjusting photos.
Done this afternoon in very challenging conditions … sitting on a cold rock facing straight into a freezing Sw wind. This was the first time I have tried to interpret a wave. That’s the white thing on the water in the foreground. Being a long weekend and school holidays it was great to see the many families ‘kicking around’ the seascape. The yellow ‘things’ in the water are ocean bouys for small craft.
